Providing Housing Opportunities for All

The Mary Fund, Inc.

A 501c3 Non profit organization on a mission to prevent homelessness. We develop, finance, own, lease, and manage safe, quality and permanently affordable housing for low and moderate income families and individuals throughout the US.

Our History

Since 1979, The Mary Fund, Inc. has provided direct assistance to those in need by helping to alleviate  the burdens of life during uncertain times. We create  outstanding housing communities and pledge to:

  • Identify, underwrite, and acquire non-profit housing communities throughout the United States.
  • Ethically manage and operate these communities without discrimination, favoritism, sexism, or ageism, with the goal of a genuinely equal playing field for all.
  • Aim for the long-term ownership of our communities with an integrated set of organizing principles.
  • Provide additional tenant benefits outside of residency to improve the overall quality of life as can be achieved for our tenants.

Our Mission to Serve

The purpose of The Mary Fund, Inc. is to develop, finance, own, lease, and manage safe, quality, and permanently affordable housing for low and moderate-income families and individuals in the areas we operate throughout the United States.

The Mary Fund seeks to treat affordable housing as an opportunity to elevate the lives of residents of the properties it serves and the communities in which they reside. Housing communities need not only to be places of dwelling but also locations where lives can be renewed, innovation and imagination can be spurred, and pride can be instilled.
